This print is one of 14 completed during 1978 while I had a sabbatical leave. The series dealt with the Seven Deadly Sins. This one represents Sloth. Printed in color viscosity we see a woman and her youngest son pulling wagons loaded with every thing they'll be needing while on a vacation. Sleeping while they're being carried to their fishing grounds are two top hatted lazy louts. Their pet dog brings his bone. The boy pulls his wagon with the family cat. All this is watched by a skeptacle mid- night cowboy. Memories of 2 a.m. departures for Northern Wisconsin when I was a kid!
